If you’re going to post images online or share them with others, it’s best to protect them. You can do that by watermarking them – and you can watermark images with the greatest of ease by using Phibit Software’s application Icemark. With it you will be able to add an invisible watermark to the images of your choosing. The watermark can include the info you choose and it can only be detected and reached by the owner who knows a private key.

The Icemark installer is only 3.5MB in size, meaning that it will not take long to download it onto your machine. Going through the actual installation process won’t take long either. A setup wizard will show up when you run the aforementioned installer; it will help you quickly install Icemark on your PC.

There are two panels on the application’s interface. The one to the left is the Watermark Profile panel that presents info on the watermark you want to add. The one to the right presents the image you loaded into the application. Above these two panels there’s a traditional File Menu and a toolbar with links to several functions Icemark has to offer. Overall, it is a very easy to use interface; it won’t take you long to get accustomed to it.

As mentioned above, Icemark is an application that will add an invisible watermark to your images. To better put things in perspective, here’s a quick look at the application’s main features: it supports multiple image formats (JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, TGA, PCX, and more), small images are supported, choose the type of watermark you want to add, set custom watermark intensity, the watermark can be detected only with a key, batch processing is supported.

Please note that Icemark is not free, it is only free to try. The trial will put an “Icemark Trial Version” caption on the output.

If you want to protect your images by adding an invisible watermark, you’re very well advised to give Icemark a try.

Pros

It won’t take long to download and install Icemark on your machine. There’s nothing complicated about the interface; you’ll get accustomed to it in no time at all. Use the application to add an invisible watermark to your images. Batch processing is supported.

Cons

The trial adds a caption on the output.
